🐷 It’s that time of year when our crop of “new” hams are ready! They have been curing since January, hung on rafters coated in black pepper, slow smoked for a few months and have been aging like a fine wine! 👌

👍Tommy Darden’s rule of thumb has always been to sell his new hams after July 4, but over the years we have had to begin selling earlier due to demand. We know he is smiling down on them and is proud that his traditions are still thriving! It’s a labor of love and a family affair! ✨

📞 It’s best to order the sliced ham ahead of time, but for the holidays you MUST pre-order!!!
