An evangelical congregation: This means that we are a church that desires to bring the Good News of Jesus to all people. That is why we are a part of the WELS (see below) which has churches in all fifty states, in Canada, and in more than 25 foreign countries. A people-caring congregation: Motivated by the great love the Lord has for us, we are a family of faith that offers friendship, support, counsel, direction and love. The people of our congregation love the Lord and care about other people - and that includes you! Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church is a member congregation of the Wisconsin Evangelical Lutheran Synod (WELS). The WELS started in 1850 in southeast Wisconsin and is now a world-wide church.

DIAPER AND BABY WIPES DRIVE

Some of the families in our preschool and childcare were hit hard by the flooding that happened in our area recently. Therefore, Little Learners is doing a special "Diaper and Wipes" drive for the Slinger Food Pantry, specifically August 19-31. Please bring these items to church and drop them off in the "Food Pantry" boxes located by the entrance doors.

Bible Study Opportunities
* Supper with the Savior * is held the first Wednesday of the month. We gather in the CFC area at 6pm to share a 'supper' together while discussing the appointed Scripture for that night.

* TABOO Bible Study * is Sunday evenings at 4pm in the CFC area. Russ Geiger is leading the study based on Mike Novotny's book TABOO.

*Wednesday Morning * The class meets from 10:30-11:30am every Wednesday in the CFC area. Currently, our study is in the book of Acts.
