Hello Ladies! 🌺

Lisa Franszczak and I had the privilege to attend the taping of a new Lifeway Bible Study due out in May 2027. One of our local bible study leaders, Tara Dew, wrote and leads the study "Fruit of the Spirit - Growing in the Likeness of God". Tara is also wife to Dr. Jamie Dew who is the president of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Oh my goodness - what a great study and what a great teacher she is! 😍

There is one more taping session scheduled for Thursday morning if you have some free time and would like to attend. (This is a 10 week study and we sat through sessions 1 - 7 the last two days.)
Doors open at 9:00am and they are taping in The Chapel at FBC Covington. No charge to attend and there was plenty of room for more ladies.

Spring time is here and we are looking forward to a beautiful Easter weekend and fabulous April! 💐🌼🌷🌸💐

Our next event will be our Crafting for Christ - Card Ministry on Friday, April 17th. We'll meet at 10:00am in room 150 to make Mother's Day cards for our widowed ladies and homebound. Also we'll be making camp cards for our kiddos going to Centrikid Camp in June! 😎 Everyone is welcome to attend - there is no cost to make the cards.

We will be postponing our Ladies Tea that we had originally scheduled for April 11th to a future date in October. Please be sure to pencil that in on your calendar! It's a beautiful event and we just needed more time to plan. 😊 We'll have more information about it this summer!
