Our Corpus Christi procession, led by Fr. Craig Timmerman, took place last night starting out at the Schoenstatt Shrine near Sleepy Eye, Minnesota. This was a very prayerful and moving event as the Holy Eucharist was honored and carried throughout the procession showing the world the importance of Jesus' body in our daily lives. Many followers from our Divine Mercy Area Faith Community recited the rosary and sung songs of worship and praise as we honored our Lord. The procession followed along our lake trails in Sleepy Eye, went past Divine Providence and St. Mary's Catholic School and then moved on to St. Mary's Church where Eucharistic Adoration and confessions followed.

Today it is more important than ever for young girls to have high self-esteem regarding their bodies, not just when they are in the middle of puberty, but before the onset. The beginning of sexual maturation is the ideal time for girls to learn about and appreciate all the amazing changes that are taking place within their bodies. Participation in the Cycle Show gives girls healthy respect for their bodies and helps to protect them as they move into their teenage years.

Interested organizations or schools who would like to Host a Cycle Show Workshop in their area may complete our Host Inquiry Form.

Kari Beadner our Guiding Star Cycle Show Coordinator will assist you in coordinating a Guiding Star Cycle Show experience for their local community.

Some final photos from this morning taken of St. Mary's Church in Sleepy Eye, showcasing it's interior beauty as presented over the last 50 years. May God's glory and vision be presented in color and design as we now move forward with our church interior replastering and repainting project.
