Second Collection: Annual Catholic Offering for Ministries

September 12 and 13, we will take up a special collection for the Annual Catholic Offering for Ministries. We encourage your one-time generous donation or your pledge for donations to be given throughout the fiscal year up to June 30. Envelopes will be on the tables.

This Saturday, after mass, we will have a potluck, celebrating our chapter of Catholic Daughters of America, Court Our Lady of the Assumption's anniversary. Chicken will be provided, but we will need sides and desserts, please. This will be held at the school cafeteria. All parishioners are invited, but wear purple if you are a member of CDA.

Join us tomorrow after Mass for a potluck celebrating the retirement of our wonderful pianists, Laverne and Clarice, and thanking them for their many years of faithful service and beautiful music at our church. Please bring a side dish if you can!
