St. Charles is a place of welcome, where we celebrate God’s love for each of us by worshiping together enthusiastically, ministering to e

ach other compassionately and serving together selflessly, always seeking to bring ourselves and those that we serve closer to Jesus. Whatever your story, you are welcome at St. We are children and teens; we are adults – single, married, divorced and widowed; we are healthy and sick, perhaps physically or mentally challenged; we are successful and unemployed, lost and renewed, quiet and boisterous. We are not perfect. We are Church.

I want to personally invite you to a special program we are having here at St. Charles:

A Conversation with Sr. Christine Schenk, CSJ
Her Calling to Share the Untold Stories of Women in the Church

Thursday, May 23rd

6:00pm: Potluck Dinner
6:30pm: Prayer 6:45-8:00pm: Conversation with Sr. Christine

Given all that has transpired within the larger Church over the past year, it is important to remind ourselves
that WE ARE THE CHURCH.

Sr. Christine offers a glimpse into the rich heritage
of those who have gone before us...
believing in the message of Christ that can
transform our world.

We continue that legacy and I believe that this evening with Sr. Christine will be both inspiring and hope-filled.

I would really love for you to come, and if you are able to, please bring a friend. It can be someone from our parish, or someone in your family, a co-worker, or a neighbor.

And just FYI---men are most welcome to come too!! 😊
I attached a flier that you can send to anyone you think
would be interested.

You can sign up by emailing Trish at [email protected] or after all the masses
this weekend, May 18-19
