This Sunday, August 30, will be our 5th Sunday Family Worship. What an exciting time when our entire church family comes together for worship, from our youngest baby to our eldest adult. This is extra special for our preschoolers; they get to participate in congregational worship, some for the very first time. They will observe their families and other adults, stand and worship through singing, prayer, giving, and opening the Bible to learn from God.

Parents, you can help prepare your preschoolers by talking about Sunday this week and what they will get to experience. On Sunday, take them to the restroom before service begins. Encourage them to stand and sing, give an offering, and open their own Bibles when Pastor Chad begins to share with us. Busy bags are good, but wait until it is time to sit before getting items out. Yes, there will be movement and a little extra noise in the sanctuary; don't worry. This is a sign that our church is alive, healthy, and ready to lead our families.

Rockers will be available at the back of the sanctuary if your little one becomes restless and you need to rock. The cry room will be open if you need a quieter space.

We look forward to having our entire church family together this Sunday as we celebrate God's greatness.

Thanks to our preschool and childrens small group leaders for attending tonight's quarterly training. We kicked off the fall quarter with Chili, worship, and Bible content review. Special thanks to Krystal and Destri for leading a unit. What a joy to serve with such amazing people.
