This Sunday is Easter Sunday for many—but did you know the early church didn’t set aside just one Sunday a year to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus?

Instead, they came together every single Sunday to remember His death, burial, and resurrection.

In Acts 20:7, we read: “On the first day of the week we came together to break bread…”

1 Corinthians 11:26 reminds us: “For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death until He comes.”

And in Revelation 1:10, John refers to Sunday as “the Lord’s Day”—a special day set aside for worship.

Every Lord’s Day is Easter in principle—a time to honor the risen Savior, just like the first Christians did.

We’d love for you to join us this Sunday as we gather to remember the greatest victory in history.

Come hear the Word, sing with us, pray with us, and be encouraged by the hope that only Jesus provides.
