Bible Time for Seniors is a ministry to senior residents of care centers, nursing homes, rehabilitation facilities, group homes, etc. My wife and I are retired seniors who have a tender heart toward seniors. We travel around the country giving presentations consisting of traditional sing-along hymns followed by a multimedia Bible lesson with pictures and Bible verses projected onto a wide screen. Each presentation is about an hour long and are well received by facility staff.

12 precious souls attended Bible Time for Seniors this morning. The message was “What is God Like?” (omnipotent, omniscient, omnipresent, etc.) It was followed by a clear presentation of the Gospel. William and Mary raised their hands for salvation. Letitia, a volunteer from Mesa Baptist Church, led a third lady to the Lord. Alex, another helper from Mesa Baptist Church helped with equipment set up. Thank you all for your prayers. Joy, Joy, Joy!

Bible time for Seniors on 4/7/2022 in Rio Rancho, NM was wonderful and fruitful. 10 precious souls attended. Five of the 10 had already accepted Christ at previous visits the last six weeks. The Lord impressed on me to focus more on Christian growth for them. I am doing a series on that theme. The activities director invited me to come each Thursday which is perfect for that new focus. Nine precious souls responded to the Gospel at the Bible Time for Seniors presentation on March 1, 2022. I'll be doing another multimedia presentation at 10 AM on Tuesday, March 15 at the Rio Rancho Genesis Health Care Center in New Mexico. Pray for God's blessing on that service as well. Please pray that God will open up more facilities that are still reluctant to let me in because of COVID fears. -In His service, Mack Woolard

10/17/2021. Bible Time for Seniors update. 4 attendees heard Gospel preaching at Sandia Senior Living, an assisted living facility in Albuquerque, NM. Christians were encouraged. Gospel tracts, John/Romans booklets and Our Daily Bread devotionals were distributed. I was told this was the first in-person presentation since the pandemic began. When I arrived, I drove through a remotely activated gate after my appointment was confirmed. At a check point I had to affirm that I was fully vaccinated, use provided sanitizer, wear a mask, fill out and sign a questionnaire declaring my recent contact history and sign a second form affirming my understanding that I was expected to social distance and avoid contact with residents. I suppose this is the new paradigm for future senior ministry. My attitude is, ‘Whatever it takes for the sake of the Gospel!’ PTL. The reputation of Bella Vista Baptist Church was instrumental in getting me into this facility. I would not have been able to get in otherwise. Pray that other facilities will open up soon.

1/15/2019. PTL! 12+ attendees heard the Gospel at Rehabilitation Center of Albuquerque. Helen responded to the invitation to trust Christ as Savior. Lots of questions and comments afterwards. One man asked me to elaborate on the term “saved.” Joy! Joy! Joy! I’ll be asking a local Church to follow up on Helen. I thank God for your faithfulness in praying. God is answering your prayers, prayer team!

1/19/2019. PTL! 17+ attendees heard the Gospel at Invigorate Post Acute of Albuquerque. The Spirit of God REALLY moved today! I never saw anything like it! Bee, Frank, Mary, Michelle, Keith, Manuel, and James responded to the Gospel. Joy! Joy! Joy! Two of them were facility staff. Thankfully my daughter Danielle was there to assist. I’ll be asking a local Church to follow up on them. I thank God for your faithfulness in praying. God is answering your prayers, prayer team!

5/13/2017. PTL! 12 attendees heard the Gospel at Las Palomas Center in Albuquerque, NM. Jerry responded when the invitation was given. Joy! Please pray for the Bible Time service at Advanced Healthcare of Albuquerque on Tuesday at 2 pm. God is answering your prayers. Bella Vista Baptist Church will follow up on yesterday and today’s harvest.
