Hello Spiritual Directors of Greater Sioux Falls! We have exciting news to share with you in regards to our leadership team. Mary Wheaton, Christina O’Hara, Jo Flesner, and myself (Julie Gregg) have been a part of the leadership team for the last 4 years. We have been thinking and praying about the next group of leaders that will help us facilitate conversations around spiritual direction and formation and create space and opportunity for spiritual directors to get to know each other. Jada Dobesh and Brooke Hendrickson have agreed to head up the leadership team going forward! For those of you who may not know them, let me briefly introduce them to you. Jada and Brooke graduated from Sioux Falls Seminary with Masters in Christian Leadership and are certified Spiritual directors. They are creative, passionate, and wonderful--just the people we were hoping for. Welcome Jada and Brooke to the team! The current leadership is planning to stay on for another year to help Jada and Brooke transition into this role and support them in any way we can. We are planning an event in October for fellowship and educational opportunities. We will post the details of our annual fall gathering via FB and email in the near future. We are looking forward to partnering with God as we move forward.
