Why is a day of rest important?

The Sabbath is a day blessed by God and set aside for rest and worship. One of the most important practices of Jesus is finding rest and making time for Sabbath.

The human condition is prone to restlessness and hurry, especially in our digital age and consumeristic culture. As a church we want to practice the rhythm of rest and worship.

We encourage you to go for a walk, spend the day resting, enjoy fellowship with friends, read a book, take a nap........enjoy the weekend and S L O W down.
