The kids were definitely ready to see each other and hang out! We had a great time tonight. we missed a lot of friends too… summer is hard to get everyone together. However, we welcomed many 6th graders that will be joining us this year and it got the kids excited to get their weekly life group going again!

I am so proud of these kids and their bravery tonight. We lead chapel at the Union Gospel Mission…It is hard to get out of our comfort zones but these kids excelled. My hope is that they felt God giving them the strength! You have amazing children! Thank you to Justin, Paul, and Noah for helping us with worship!!!!

Just wanted to share one of the youth’s favorite games… the “garbage can game”. Sometimes I wonder why I introduce these type of games. Every time they talk me into it, I am so nervous someone is leaving hurt 😅. It brings out the smiles though.
