The following is a letter that was sent from our brother in Christ, Eddie, who is faithfully serving our Lord in Uganda. Eddie traveled from Uganda to our communities several years ago and spoke to the congregations of several area churches. This letter and accompanying video were sent to me this morning.
Many of us carry out our daily activities - doing the same things, visiting the same places, seeing the same faces - and we often lose sight of our interconnectedness through Christ who binds us together as one body unified together by His love, His grace, His mercy. As you read through this letter I hope you can feel connected to what the Spirit of the Lord is doing in Eddie’s community and know that, loving the world around us like Christ loves, His light can spread anywhere and drive out the darkness in any space.

“The praise report moment.
We call it testimony time here,
Our Lord Jesus said,
" What shall I compare the Kingdom of God to! It's like a Mustard seed, smallest of all seeds, but once planted, when it grows, birds of the air lands on it, beasts of the field find an abode under it..."
That is me and our Ministry !!
Am here to testify about the;-
The power of Divine connection,
The power of love,
The power of prayer,
The power of loving and supporting one person and that one person touches hundreds of thousands,
The power of obedience to the leading of the Holy Spirit,
The power of ministry to all people regardless of where they are!
The power of Partnering with Jesus to see His Kingdom come !!
We are told,
"We may not change the Whole World, but we can change the Whole World for one person,
Not long ago, close to Ten years, two gentlemen , travelled from, by then unknown Jamestown NY to us, bringing the love of Jesus to the nations yonder,
They meet a thin , struggling, poor Pastor in Africa,
Prompted by the love of God, they loved him, trusted him ,made him one of their own ,
Tried to find out what is all about him,
Came visit his tiny, collegated iron so called church, it a water logged swampy area, streams of water flowing through it all the time,
Visited his single room, not single bedroom house, but a single room where he slept with entire family, ( still here)
that church had been in existence for over ten years, but it didn't have more than 15 members in those years,
But when these two Men of God came,
Were touched, decided to do everything in their power to stand with this struggling, poor but loving Pastor,
Loved him,
Prayed for him,
Gave him their little money,
Connected him to their friends in the States,
Make him Board a plane to bring him to North America, a thing which has never been in his family, no body in his family had ever been to US or owned a Car !
Fast forward, it's a different story,
Hundreds are being touched, scores are won for Christ, hundreds of orphans, destitute, children from poorest of the poor homes receive free education,
are fed everyday, provide accomodation to the homeless, became parents to the fatherless, children we never birthed ,
This past weekend, hundreds of people, over 25 pastors and their churches, came to that same old church, I told you about ,
We had a Praise and Worship service, it was filled to the overflow,
I stopped and wondered, oh Lord, see what is happening,
We have never seen anything like that!!
It's because of those two gentlemen who came from Jamestown NY, who connected us to countless wonderful men and women of God, full of love and support,
Folks, you have made this possible, (tears are rolling down my eyes as am writing this,)
These two gentlemen are retired Pastor Roy Miller and Rev Leecroft Clarke

Your giving, your love, your prayers is doing wonders here, and it shall continue to do so for so many years to come,
