The 🇺🇸 Memorial Day 🇺🇸 service held annually at Sinai Lutheran Church in Sinai. SD, has been cancelled this year.
This tradition started in 1928 and has been a treasured event for our community. Flags decorate the veterans graves at both cemeteries.

We wish you all a happy and healthy Memorial Day as we remember those that have served. 🙏🏼

Please keep the family of Jim Trygstad in your prayers as they grieve and mourn the death of their grandfather, father and husband.
Jesus said, “I Am the resurrection and the life. Those who believe in me, even though they die, will live, and everyone who lives and believes in me will never die.” (John 11:25-26)

While we remember the promise Christ gives to each of his children, we also remember our brother Jim and give thanks to God for his life and his service. Well done good and faithful servant.

James M. Trygstad, 73, of Colman, SD, passed away at his daughter’s home, Sunday, May 3, 2020, with his family by his side.
