The sermon theme for the 2nd Sunday after Pentecost, June 7th, is "Where He Is, You Simply Want to Be." Divine Service with Holy Communion at 8:00 a.m. and 10:30 a.m.
The lessons are the Gospel of Matthew 28:16-20, Hosea 5:15-6:6, and Romans 4:13-25. Those will also be the basis for our "Longer Look at the Lessons" Bible Study at 9:15 a.m., led this week by Elder Paul Wageknecht.

The Day of Pentecost and Confirmation Sunday, May 24th. Divine Service with Holy Communion at 8:00 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. "And Pentecost Continues" is our sermon theme.
A new Bible Study series begins at 9:15 a.m. " A Longer Look at the Lessons" takes a more in-depth look at the Readings for each Sunday during the season of Pentecost. Led by a rotating group of Elders and retired pastors attending Immanuel, this week's lesson covers the Gospel of John (7:37-39), Book of Numbers (11:24-30) and the Epistle from Acts (2:1-21). Pastor Craig Boehlke is this week's leader.
