Pastor Josh Culbertson joined Holly Ridge Baptist Church in January 2012. We value God-centered, Christ-exalting, Spirit-led, Bible-based worship. We value Biblical, passionate, helpful preaching and teaching. We value the Gospel that is by Grace, not merit; through faith, not works; in Christ, as Savior and Lord. We value genuine biblical Community and Accountability. We value the saving love tha

t God has shown us and seek to extend it through Missional Living, both corporately & personally. We know that sin’s effects are messy and painful; thus, we value Biblical Counseling. Because “God so loved the world” and Christ commanded discipleship to take place among “all nations,” we value every tribe, tongue, people and nation. We value strong marriages and families. We value being led by a plurality of servant leaders.

29 backpacks. 29 opportunities to help a child start the school year feeling prepared and cared for.

A huge thank you to Holly Ridge Baptist Church for dropping off 29 backpacks filled with school supplies for kids served through A Home For Me! These donations came from their church family and Vacation Bible School, which makes us especially grateful to know that another generation is learning what it looks like to notice a need and do something about it.

Thank you to Children’s Minister Caleb Wiley and everyone at Holly Ridge who helped make this happen. Practical generosity like this makes a real difference for kids and families from hard places.

What a great way to head into a new school year!
