Abundant Life Church Simi We Meet at the 99.1 The Ranch Studio in the Simi Valley Town Center Mall - Suite #730 - Sundays at 10am! Abundant Life Core Values

1.

Biblical Authority - God’s Word is a real Word and the final authority for our life. Are our priorities consistent with scriptures?

2. Intimacy with God - Through prayer we know Him and He changes us.

3. We are spiritual contributors not spiritual consumers.

4. The Church does not exist for us. We are the Church and we exist for the world.

5. We will do anything short of sin, to reach people who do not know Jesus Christ. To reach people no one is reaching, we’ll do things no one is doing.

SEARCH ME - PSALM 7
Oct 18, 2026 • Pastor John Henry Raskin

When evil comes against us, the follower of Jesus runs to God for refuge, invites God to search his heart, refuses revenge, entrusts justice to the righteous Judge, and responds with repentance, mercy, and praise.

IT IS WRITTEN, PART TWO - AN OPPORTUNE TIME
Oct 11, 2026 • Pastor John Henry Raskin

The Bad News: Right after Jesus’ victory against Satan in the wilderness in Luke 4, the enemy launches his next attempt to thwart the Son of Man. Just a few verses later, in a synagogue in Nazareth, the enemy finds a “kairos”—a strategic opening—to turn pride, fear, and Scripture taken out of context against Christ’s mission.

The Good News: Because of Jesus victory over sin and death. His Holy Spirit gives the church its own “Kairos”: every opportunity to do good, extend mercy, and welcome the outsider.
