We had an absolute blast with our middle schoolers at our annual Insomniac’s Paradise event! With Minecraft being this year’s theme, we started the evening by sending our students through an immersive maze with various quests. After they conquered those challenges and defeated the final boss, we then got to eat dinner together, and hear guest speaker, Pastor Olu, deliver the gospel in an extraordinary way with passion, zeal, and an invitation for students to know Jesus if they don’t already know him personally.
Afterward, we enjoyed a fun concert led by several of our talented musicians at Cornerstone before leaving for laser tag and broom ball!
We hoped and prayed that it would be a special night for students (both old and new), and it was a huge success!
And, of course, it wouldn’t have been the same without the hundreds of hours our volunteers and leaders poured into making this night so special. Thank you for sacrificing your time, using your giftings, praying for our students, and serving with humility and faithfulness! We love and appreciate you all!
