Lent reflection:
Lent calls us back to the heart of the Gospel. Through prayer we deepen our faith, through fasting we detach from what distracts us, and through charity we become instruments of Christ’s mercy in the world.
True faith is never private or passive. It is lived visibly through love of God and concrete acts of charity toward our neighbor.
“Repent and believe in the Gospel.” ✝️
Reflexión:
La Cuaresma nos llama a volver al corazón del Evangelio. Por medio de la oración profundizamos nuestra fe, por el ayuno nos desprendemos de aquello que nos distrae, y por la caridad nos convertimos en instrumentos de la misericordia de Cristo en el mundo.
La fe verdadera nunca es privada ni pasiva. Se vive de manera visible a través del amor a Dios y de actos concretos de caridad hacia el prójimo.
«Conviértanse y crean en el Evangelio». ✝️
