Assumption Catholic Cemetery Founded in 1970 and dedicated to the Blessed Virgin Mary, Assumption Cemetery is a gated property on almost a hundred acres of rolling hills in Simi Valley

Abundantly green, the cemetery’s wide roads are easily navigated and lined with the full variety of native California trees. Much of Assumption Cemetery remains undeveloped — a meditative space that invites visitation. The walled grounds are kept immaculate, and the atmosphere is deeply reverent. Visitors benefit from easy access to Assumption Cemetery. It is just two miles from downtown Simi Valley, not far from main roads and highways, yet still enclosed in quiet.
