her. The first main meeting is called sacrament meeting. This meeting consists of songs, prayers, and sermons (or “talks”) given by different members of the congregation and take the sacrament (or Communion). In addition to sacrament meeting, there may be Sunday School classes for children and adults. During the second hour, we meet together for a lesson and discussion that are based on a different section of scripture each week. The first Sunday of the month is what we call Fast & Testimony where we fast together and share our testimonies about Jesus Christ in order to strengthen each other.
