It is with great sorrow that we inform you of the passing of Late Harish Chander Katyal, husband of Gulshan Devi Katyal, on Thursday, October 16th in Euskirchen (Germany).

He was the son of Late Shri Naranjan Dass and Late Smt. Devi Katyal and son in law of
Late Shri Tej Bahan & Late Smt. Ram Kaura Khanna.
