Members of our community recently visited the Franciscan Monastery of the Holy Land in America for a guided tour and time together in a place rich with history and faith.

Surrounded by beautiful grounds and sacred spaces, the group walked through the monastery, learning about the lives of the saints and encountering meaningful artifacts that reflect the life of the Church throughout the centuries.

It was a peaceful and enriching experience, offering both reflection and connection.

Beyond the tour itself, the time spent together as a community made the visit especially meaningful, strengthening friendships and deepening our shared faith.

On Earth Day, our English Faith Formation group of students came together to honor God’s creation in a special way by reflecting on the love and care that St. Francis of Assisi showed for all living things.

The children worked side by side, planting flowers and nurturing the earth with joyful hearts. It was beautiful to see their teamwork, laughter, and excitement as they learned the importance of caring for our environment.

Through this simple act, they not only celebrated Earth Day but also embraced the spirit of gratitude, stewardship, and love for creation.

It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of Angel Daniel Hernandez, who left us far too soon at just 23 years old. Angel was a beloved son, family member, and friend whose presence brought light, laughter, and warmth to everyone around him.

Angel had a kind heart and a spirit that touched so many lives. Whether it was through his smile, his sense of humor, or simply being there for others, he made a lasting impact that will never be forgotten. Losing him so suddenly has left his family and loved ones heartbroken and struggling to come to terms with this unimaginable loss.

During this incredibly difficult time, Angel’s family is facing the unexpected burden of funeral and memorial expenses. We are asking for your support to help ease this financial strain so they can focus on grieving, healing, and honoring Angel’s life.

Any contribution, no matter the amount, will go directly toward covering funeral costs and supporting the family during this time of need. If you are unable to donate, we kindly ask that you share this fundraiser and keep Angel and his family in your thoughts and prayers.
