The mission of EECF is to promote unity and well-being of Ethiopian evangelical churches in the US for the work of evangelism, discipleship, acts of mercy, and fostering peace and justice through teaching, leadership training, and networking so that they serve with excellence. The 50th-anniversary celebrations will incorporate objectives, activities, and task forces aligned with these goals. JUBILEE: 50th anniversary of EECFNA

The 50th anniversary of EECFNA, titled “EREFU/ እረፉ", will be a series of jubilant celebrations across five regions in North America, culminating in a climactic one-week event in Washington D.C. These events will have lasting spiritual and community impacts, honoring and glorifying God, aligning with EECF's vision and mission, and creating opportunities for unity, empowerment, and partnership among Ethiopian Evangelical Churches. This detailed professional project proposal outlines the objectives, activities, task forces, budgetary requirements, and expected outcomes for the regional and climactic celebrations, ensuring a successful and meaningful 50th anniversary of EECFNA.

“እረፉ” የተባለው የኢ.ወ.አ.ክ.ኅ. የሃምሳኛ ዓመት ከበራ፣ በ2024 ከኦገስት ወር አንስቶ በአምስት የሰሜን አሜሪካ ዞኖች ኢዮቤልዩአዊ ይዘቱን ጠብቆ ሲከበር ይቆይና፣ ከጁላይ 22 እስከ ጁላይ 26/ 2023 ለአምስት ተከታታይ ቀናት በዋሽንግተን ዲሲ እጅግ በደመቀ ሁኔታ የማክተሚያ ከበራ ይካሔዳል፡፡ ዋናውም ማክተሚያም ሆነ በየአካባቢው የሚደረጉት ከበራዎች፣ ትኩረታቸው የመጽሐፍ ቅዱስ መርህን የተከተለ፣ የአምልኮ፣ የእርቅ፣ የወንጌል ስብከት፣ የልባዊ ፍቅር መግለጫዎች፣ የሰላምና የፍትህ ድርጊቶች ላይ ያተኮረ ሲሆን ግልጽ ከሆነው የሕብረቱ ራዕይና ተልእኮ አንጻር የተዘጋጀ ይሆናል፡፡

መጽሐፍ ቅዱሳዊውና ትምህርተ መለኮታዊው የኢዮቤልዩ መርህና ተግባር ላይ ያተኮረ አምልኮ፣ እርቅ፣ የወንጌል ስብከት፣ የልባዊ ፍቅር መግለጫዎች፣ የሰላምና የፍትህ ድርጊቶችን በተከታታይ በማከናወንና በመተግበር እግዚአብሔርን ክብረ በዓላችን በማድረግ ማክበር!
