Join us at Evangel Baptist Church, Silva, MO (Missionary Acres) for a 1 hour candlelight Christmas Eve service. Bring a plate of your favorite holiday treats to share afterward. The service is at 6:00 PM. Hope to see you there!

Because of continued COVID19 illness, we will remain closed this Wednesday, August, 18. However, at this point, we are planning to resume services on Sunday, August 22. We hope that most of you are well because of these precautions.

Also, we have a brand new website up at our old domain name www.silvabaptist.org. The domain name will show up as something else in your browser until it finally adjusts to its new home.

Because of COVID19 cases, Evangel Baptist Church will not have services August 15.

Church services are cancelled for Sunday August 8 due to the illness of several of our members.

Dear members and friends of Evangel Baptist Church, This is just a reminder that we will not be having an in-person Wednesday night prayer meeting this week. We will be having a virtual prayer meeting though. Stay tuned for instructions on how to be involved with that.

Due to the fact that some of our Evangel members still have COVID symptoms, the deacons feel that we should not be having public meetings. Therefore, Evangel is cancelling this Sunday, the Ladies’ Bible study next week, and next Wednesday. If no one else comes down with COVID symptoms, we will resume public meetings on Sunday, February 14. Please stay safe everyone as snow is in the forecast next week too.
