Romans 8:15 — For you didn’t receive the spirit of bo***ge again to fear, but you received the Spirit of adoption, by whom we cry, “Abba!¹ Father!”
God never called His children to live like spiritual orphans.
The orphan spirit says:
* I have to earn love.
* Nobody really cares about me.
* I must fight for recognition.
* I am alone.
* I'll always be rejected.
Jesus didn't just die to save us from sin. He died to bring us into the family of God. 🫂👑
5 Points About The Orphan Spirit -
1.) The orphan spirit produces fear & insecurity.
2.) The Fathers love heals the orphan heart.
3.) The orphan spirit makes you strive instead of rest.
4.) The Holy Spirit confirms our identity.

* Receive the Fathers love.
* Forgive past wounds.
* Renounce lies.

He spoke about the importance of not just being rooted in Christ, but being DEEPLY rooted in Christ. 👑
He challenged us to move beyond surface-level Christianity and develop roots that reach the Source.
He shared a powerful vision of a tree whose roots were connected to the water below. Every time the water level dropped, the roots didn't quit—they stretched deeper. They searched. They grew. And eventually, they found the water again.
What looked like a season of loss was actually a season of growth.
Sometimes God allows us to walk through seasons where we don't feel Him the way we once did. Not because He's abandoned us, but because He's inviting us deeper. The water drops so the roots can grow.
Too many believers are living with shallow roots, easily shaken by circumstances, dependent on the opinions of others, and tossed around by every storm. Shallow roots grow fast, but they also wither quickly.But roots that reach the water are different.
They are deeply rooted.
They are strong.
They are steady.
They are connected to the Source.
One of the most powerful truths from the message was this: **God will meet you where you are, but He loves you too much to leave you there.** He comes to find us in the shallow places, then calls us into deeper waters.

The challenge wasn't simply to attend church more or try harder....it was to intentionally seek God. To find a quiet place. To build consistency. To stop living off of shallow things and start drawing from living water. Deep faith isn't built overnight.
It's built every time you keep seeking when the water feels far away.
Every time you pray when you don't feel anything.
Every time you choose roots over recognition.
