When we follow Christ, we will endure difficulty. Verse 4 talks about being devalued by men but esteemed by the Father. Today's Sunday School Lesson comes from Acts 4:1-31. We can tell someone with confidence about hunting, fishing, our kids, hobby, or what we do for a living. But can you tell others about Jesus with boldness and confidence?!?? After Jesus had resurrected, the disciples (follower of Christ) had healed a man. The Sadducees confronted them. Peter proclaimed, with boldness and full of the Holy Spirit, that this man was healed in the Name of Jesus Christ. When people become weary under the law, Paul described this as a curse. For rule keeping and image maintaining are a waste of energy. I think people are weary and looking for a Savior. That Savior is Jesus. Be bold in your walk. Be a Light in a dark world. Good Morning on this Day of Worship!! Today's Sunday School Lesson focuses on the Promise of a King. The Israelites wanted what other nations wanted around them. God sent Prophets to warn them. The Bible teaches us that all civil authorities, whether good or bad, are ordained by God, and there is no authority except from God Romans 13:1

We need to pray for our Nation, our Leaders, and Christians need to seek God's direction in their vote in November's election. Have a Great Day Because of Him!!
