What a glorious week it has been working on the Church in Pinar Del Rio. The team made great progress and finished work today. They head back to Havana tomorrow. All the walls were repaired and resurfaced and now the only thing left is to paint the walls, which the church members will do. Even greater than the construction work is the testimony that these men had while they worked in the blistering heat. Several of the neighbors were watching and listening to the men as they worked and several commented on how well they worked together and how kind they were, and that they didn’t hear any cursing. The Pastor was able to tell these neighbors that this was because the men were Christians and that Christ had changed their heart. Praise the Lord! You never know who’s watching you, and how the Lord can use that to point people to Jesus.

Pray for our Cuban construction team who are working this week to repair a small country Church in western Cuba.

Our Cuban Repair Team is working this week to repair a run-down church in the Pinar del Rio district. Pray for them as they work in the summer heat and deal with power outages that last as long as 22 hours everyday.
