Heartland Harvest Church of God of Prophecy The Church of God of Prophecy has based its beliefs on "the whole Bible rightly divided."

We accept the Bible as God’s Holy Word, inspired, inerrant, and infallible. We believe the Bible to be God’s written revelation of Himself to mankind and our guide in all matters of faith; therefore, we look to the Bible as our highest authority for doctrine, practice, organization, and discipline. We affirm that there is one God eternally existing in three persons: Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. W

e believe in the deity of Christ, His virgin birth, His sinless life, the physical miracles He performed, His atoning death upon the Cross, His bodily resurrection, His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and His personal return in power and glory at His second coming. We believe the sinner is brought to an awareness of the need for salvation through the convicting work of the Holy Spirit. We believe that in sanctification by the blood of Christ, one is made holy. We affirm the present, active ministry of the Holy Spirit who guides the Church and by whose indwelling and empowerment we are able to live godly lives and render effective service to God and others. We believe in the oneness and ultimate unity of believers for which our Lord prayed, and that this should be visibly displayed "that the world may know, see, and believe" God’s glory, the coming of His Son, and the great love He has for His people.

Minute Message with Sister Melissa Crumley:

“Humble yourselves therefore under the mighty hand of God, that he may exalt you in due time: casting all your care upon him; for he careth for you. Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:”
1 Peter 5:6-8 KJV
The enemy wants us to stop PRAYing, so we become PREY. If he can convince us that our problems aren’t God’s concern & we attempt to carry our own worries, struggles, & stress, he weakens us. And just like a lion seeking out the weaker, struggling animal who is alone or not alert, he isolates & weakens you with this mindset so you become his prey. He will even use the people in your life. He will try to cut you off from the encouragement & support of other believers. He knows we’re influenced by the people we hang out with. So do your friends follow Jesus? Do they do the right thing? Do they make you better? Are you doing the same for them? (Remember, friends can make or break you.)
However, we don’t have to submit to the circumstances surrounding us. When we humble ourselves, hit our knees, repent & acknowledge GOD is in control of the circumstances, we’re picking a fight with the enemy. So when you submit to God, He WILL respond because He cares for you! We PRAY or we become PREY…it’s a choice!

When the Bible says "do not lean on your own understanding," the Bible is being serious. Our ways, are not His ways. Your heart is deceitful, your emotions are unsteady, your understanding does not see the overall, big picture. God never lies, God never fails, God never changes. God knows ALL. Trust in Him with your whole heart.
