Sometimes God will use a special someone purposed by Him to begin the process of being gracefully broken by God. It's is not done to destroy us, but rather the beginning of God preparing us for our blessing that is to come. God wants us to fully enjoy the wonderful things He has for us. When that wall holding back all the past hurts, betrayals, and disappointments breaks, everything comes rushing in like a violent flood, your first instinct might be to run...doubt, insecurities, fear may begin to consume you, you feel like you are drowning and there is no way out, but God is near to the brokenhearted and saves the crushed in spirit. He will never leave you nor forsake you. Now is the time to let it all out, lay it at the feet of God, and take on beauty for ashes.
