Learn and Practice the Dudjom Tersar Ngondro Foundational Practices for a Week at PSL!

The Tibetan Buddhist foundational practices of Ngondro embody all the teachings of the Buddha. They are a perfect and complete framework for cultivating a balanced, effective, and rewarding spiritual practice.

Instructions will be given on the essential points of the Dudjom Tersar Ngondro foundational practices by Lama Laia and Lama Dragpa. We will discuss the vital importance of Ngondro within Tibetan Buddhism, as well as explore instructions for each section, including Refuge, Bodhichitta, Mandala Offering, Vajrasattva practice, and Guru Yoga. There will be plenty of time for Q and A and multiple daily meditation sessions.

We will continue our study of Shantideva's "Way of Bodhisattva." Khenpo Dawa Kharpo is currently teaching us Chapter 9: Wisdom, using Khenpo Shenga's chendrel commentary. Philippe Turenne is doing live translations.
