“National Day of Prayer”

Part of our morning study was Romans 8:34 Jesus makes “intercession” for us.
(Led by the Holy Spirit to read Romans 8:28-34. I love God & how He directs our lives through the Holy Spirit every day / to remind us “Jesus intercedes for us”.)

Today (& everyday), it is an honor to live in the United States of America; & as Christians, it is an honor to pray (make intercession) for our nation. The Word of God says for us to pray for our leaders. (We will add, we should “daily” pray for our leaders.)

1 Timothy 2:1-2
1 I exhort therefore, that, first of all, supplications, prayers, intercessions, and giving of thanks, be made for all men;
2 For kings, and for all that are in authority; that we may lead a quiet and peaceable life in all godliness and honesty.
