I’ve been reflecting on that moment—when Jesus stood at the edge of unimaginable suffering. He knew what was coming: the pain, the betrayal, the loneliness, the weight of the world’s sin. He could feel the cross before He ever touched it. And still, in the quiet agony of Gethsemane, He chose surrender.

“Not my will, but Yours be done.”

Those words hold the depth of His obedience and the fullness of His love. He wasn’t forced, He chose. Out of love for us. Out of a desire to fulfill the Father’s plan. Even when it hurt. Even when it cost everything.

It reminds me that true strength is found in surrender, and real love is willing to bear the heaviest burdens.

As we reflect on the cross, may we remember what it cost, and may our hearts echo His words in our own lives: “Not my will, but Yours be done.” 🤍🙏🏻

His faithfulness is not measured in our lack of suffering, or our abundance of happiness.

That’s a hard one for me.

Although God can give us a peace surpassing understanding at any given moment,

Sometimes His grace is seen most in the carry through.

It’s after a night of sorrow and we wake up and see that we are still here, still going, and the Creator Himself has lifted the sun to rise again.

And even though the night was filled with darkness, we are reminded as the light hits us that His mercies are new every single day.

Sometimes His faithfulness looks like that..

Another breath in our lungs after it feeling so hard to breathe.

Another awakening to life even though it seemed so hopeless before.

Even in our greatest pain, He sustains us and keeps us going.

That’s faithfulness.
