This… this is what Celebrate Recovery is all about. ✨

Tonight we had the honor of witnessing something so powerful—Bobby receiving his one-year coin. 🪙

And let me tell you… it wasn’t just a celebration. It was a testimony.

My husband shared something that hit deep—out of every 10 people, only a few make it. And tonight, Bobby stood as one of them. Not by luck. Not by chance. But by the grace of God, surrender, and the decision to keep showing up.

He challenged us to think about something simple… put your phone down for one day. Just one.
Feel that pull? That urge to pick it back up?

That’s what the fight can feel like.
That’s what addiction can look like.

And yet—freedom IS possible.

Celebrate Recovery is where chains are broken.
It’s where hope is restored.
It’s where people walk beside you, remind you who you are in Jesus, and refuse to let you fight alone. ❤️

Bobby shared wisdom tonight that we will carry with us—and we are so incredibly proud of him and grateful for the journey God is writing in his life.

You are never alone.
Not here. Not in Him.

“Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold, the new has come.” – 2 Corinthians 5:17

Liberty Church Celebrate Recovery this Wednesday night 7pm
Brokenness to Belonging: A Night of Hope
This week testimony speaker Danielle Celine Kramer, a powerhouse of hope, healing, and Holy Spirit transformation is in to share her testimony….
Danielle came from a childhood of pain, secrets, and feeling like she never fit in, Danielle turned to alcohol to numb what she couldn’t outrun. But even in the midst of that darkness, Jesus never let go. At 16, she gave her life to Christ—but it was years later, two years into sobriety, that she finally discovered the fullness of peace, purpose, and the love she always longed for.

“I thought I finally belonged… when I found alcohol. But what I really needed was Jesus.”

Danielle has been sober since 2/9/2011—and her testimony is a whole deliverance story. If you’ve ever felt like you don’t belong, this night is for you.
The two life scriptures that Danielle holds near to her heart …
“Be still, and know that I am God.” – Psalm 46:10
“Draw near to God, and He will draw near to you.” – James 4:8
I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Danielle for over a decade,  we worked together at Twin City Christian …
now City United Church.  I consider her a very dear friend and sister in Christ. Her testimony is going to bless you.  I encourage you to bring someone who needs hope and is struggling with alcoholism,  drug addiction, over eating , depression,  feeling like they don’t fit in or anything that makes them feel alone or hopeless. This night could be their breakthrough.

I want to give hope to anyone struggling. I lost everything in my life at one point. I kissed my kids goodbye for 7 years .. I lost my marriage and my home.. I lost my brother . I just celebrated my 7th years sober. I got custody back a year and a half ago. Court and dcf closed and we have an apartment. Didn’t think I’d ever see the day I’d get my kids or stable housing .. it gets better if YOU work for it.
