CHRIST IN US, THE HOPE OF GLORY

"Christ in us, the hope of glory" is a core tenet of Christianity, primarily articulated in Colossians 1:27. It refers to the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit (the Spirit of Christ) within believers as a present reality that guarantees a future, confident expectation of full salvation and eternal glory with God.

Meaning of the Phrase:
"Christ in us": This signifies the intimate, personal, and spiritual union a believer has with the risen Lord Jesus Christ through the Holy Spirit. It is a "mystery" that was hidden in Old Testament times but is now revealed to all believers, both Jew and Gentile, breaking down ethnic barriers (Ephesians 3:6). This indwelling provides the spiritual power, guidance, and transformed life necessary for Christian living (Galatians 2:20).

"The hope": In biblical terms, "hope" is not a mere wish or uncertain desire, but a confident, certain, and joyful expectation of a guaranteed future event. It is an assurance of salvation and future perfection.

"Of glory": "Glory" refers to the manifest presence and radiant character of God. The "hope of glory" is the confident expectation that believers will one day be fully conformed to Christ's image, share in His divine glory, and experience eternal fellowship with God in a resurrected, perfected state (1 John 3:2; Romans 8:29). The presence of Christ in the believer now is the "deposit guaranteeing our inheritance" (Ephesians 1:14) of this future glory.

God Yahweh 🔥 is truly in control.

⚠️ "God shall send them strong delusion" is found in 2 Thessalonians 2:11 The verse and the surrounding passage describe a divine judgment on those who willingly reject God Yahweh's truth.

2 Thessalonians 2:10: "And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved".

2 Thessalonians 2:11: "And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie".

2 Thessalonians 2:12: "That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness".

"The Gifts ... of the Holy Spirit are the transrational ("beyond the mind and understanding")manifestations of God. They are given by God for the purpose of ministry taking place for the good of the Body of Christ"

"But to each one is given the manifestation of the (Holy) Spirit - that is, the evidence, the spiritual illumination of the Spirit - for good and profit.

To one is given in and through the (Holy) Spirit [the power to speak] a message of wisdom, and to another [the power to express] a word of knowledge and understanding according to the same (Holy) Spirit;

To another (wonder-working) faith by the same (Holy) Spirit, to another the extraordinary powers of healing by the one Spirit;

To another the working of miracles, to another prophetic insight - that is, the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose; to another the ability to discern and distinguish between [the utterances of true] spirits [and false ones], to another various kinds of [unknown] tongues, to another the ability to interpret [such] tongues.

All these [achievements and abilities] are inspired and brought to pass by one and the same (Holy) Spirit, Who apportions to each person individually [exactly] as He chooses"

The Gifts are divided into three categories:
The gifts of Revelation (Say/Speaking),
The gifts of Power (Do/Actions),
The gifts of Inspiration (Reveals).

Why does Israel matter?

Did you know that the time clock of the return of Jesus Christ isn’t based on America’s timeline? It’s based on what is happening in Israel.

Did you know Jesus wasn’t a “Christian” ? He was a Jew. He celebrated and kept the Jewish holy days and customs, as well as the feasts of the LORD. He didn’t come to eradicate the Torah and writing of the Prophets / Old Testament. He came to fulfill the prophecies that were written in them.

When Jesus returns, He isn’t returning to the United States. The Bible says He is going to plant His foot down on the Mount of Olives and go through the Eastern Gate, which is currently sealed off with 16 feet of concrete. A cemetery was also placed in front of that gate because touching the dead makes a Jew considered unclean and unable to enter the Temple, which is considered Holy. The Word of GOD says He will return there and from there He will rule and reign for 1,000 years.

The final battle isn’t going to be on U.S. soil. It’s going to be in the Valley of Megiddo, in Israel. The Bible says as the nations wage war against Israel Jesus will come and destroy His enemies with the breath of His mouth. 2 Thess 2:8

GOD did not replace the Jews with Christians as some believe. We are actually grafted in with them as you would graft a wild branch into an existing tree.

The Word of GOD says, “When you touch Israel, you touch the Apple of GOD’s eye.” Zechariah 2:8

“He that keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps. The LORD is thy keeper.” Psalm 121:4

“I will bless those that bless you and I will curse those that curse you.” Genesis 12:3

We are also commanded to pray for the peace of Jerusalem in Psalm 122.

ISRAEL matters. 🇮🇱
