Hello church family, we combined our men's and women's meeting today, we had a good time. Hello church family, we had a wonderful women's program on Sunday. The scripture came from Ephesians 2:10, the topic was chosen on purpose for a purpose. I also honored the kids that completely the year, we have 3 that will be freshman in the fall. God is good! We are having a combined men's and women's meeting this Saturday at 11 am, all are invited. We will do a team building exercise on having a relationship with God, loving others, forgiving others and listening to the Holy Spirit. The youth will be taught about obedience then they will share the importance of why they should be obedient to God and others. We presented our niece with a gift for singing at our program, she has a wonderful singing voice.

We had several guided discussions by the director of FOAM Levar Robinson. We will have our next meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of June at 6:30 in the Goodwill building on 70th Street.

Hello family, today marked the 15th year since we started feeding the homeless (Saints of God). We had wonderful fellowship with them, I thanked my team for 15 of being a servant. Bro. Steve brought out 3 pans of brisket, we had baked beans, Mac and cheese, our friend Brandi baked 8 cakes. I let the Saints of God know that God loves them and so do we. Next month on the 12th we will launch Fathers on a Mission program designed to help and strengthen our men. God is good all the time and worthy to be praised. Pastor A

Hello friends and family, yesterday we celebrated our 10 year church/pastor anniversary, we had a wonderful time. Pastor Melvin Porter shared a dynamic word from my favorite scripture Proverbs 3:5&6. I thank everyone that came out to fellowship with us yesterday. This Saturday we are feeding the Saints of God, we started having church service and providing a hot meal for them in April 2011 on the 4th Saturday of the month. My heart is with the families that lost loved ones yesterday, I am praying for comfort and strength during this time of bereavement. Be safe and may God bless you! Pastor A

Hello church family, we had our final Fathers on a Mission meeting last night at the church. We will start meeting in May on Tuesday evenings from 6:30 to 8:00. We are looking at 2 buildings to have the meetings,we will see which building is better suited for the meetings then I will let you know the location. We will be educating our men will the tools and resources needed to become better fathers in their children's lives. I am looking forward to helping our men be the best fathers that they can be. Hello church family, we had a wonderful men's breakfast yesterday. Bro. Preston talked about the importance of letting our light shine from Matthew 5:16. The women met after the men, they had brunch and they created vision boards. We thank God for the wonderful blessings that He shows us every day. In two weeks I will host our final F.O.A.M meeting, then we will start meeting with young men to teach them how to be better fathers. The following week I will host a su***de prevention workshop, myself and several other pastors will assist the VA with people dealing with mental issues. God is so wonderful and worthy to be praised.

Hello everyone, we were able to feed the Saints of God (SOG) today, we were blessed with beautiful weather. This was our first feeding event of the year, following the word, the SOG dined on good food and they received toiletry items. We also gave them clothes and new sneakers that was given to me. The highlight of the day was one young man gave his life to Christ. This young man walked from Dallas, he is on his way to Atlanta, let's keep him in our prayers. To God be the glory! Pastor A
