Hello church family, the rotary club assisted us feed the Saints of God today. We enjoyed their fellowship and are thankful that they partnered with us. Hello church family, yesterday the women of GDIM had Bible study with the mother of our church at her house. Pastor Oliver led the Bible study, she enjoyed having the women stop by and fellowship with her. I am so proud of the women stepping outside of the 4 walls and visiting Pastor Oliver. We have several outreach events scheduled over the next few months. GDIM, the church that mirrors Christ.

Hello church family, we just completed our 3 day VBS. I used Jeremiah 29:13/14 from the message Bible to share a word with my church members. On day 3 we dined on delicious food then we did a recap of what we learned about finding Jesus. It is so wonderful to be a child of God, I told my members that when you find him keep him. I warned them that the enemy will try his best to distract you, defeat you but you have the power to defeat him because of whose you are. I am so grateful that God didn't give up on me when I walked away from him, never ever will I leave or forsake him. Pastor A

Hello all, we partnered with the masons yesterday to feed the Saints of God (SOG), everything was wonderful. Our guest speaker brought a message of hope then the SOG dined on a delicious hot meal. Hello church family, we combined our men's and women's meeting today, we had a good time. We broke up into teams and we talked about a relationship with God, loving God, listening to the Holy Spirit, forgiveness and obedience. Hello church family, we had a wonderful women's program on Sunday. The scripture came from Ephesians 2:10, the topic was chosen on purpose for a purpose. I also honored the kids that completely the year, we have 3 that will be freshman in the fall. God is good! We are having a combined men's and women's meeting this Saturday at 11 am, all are invited. We will do a team building exercise on having a relationship with God, loving others, forgiving others and listening to the Holy Spirit. The youth will be taught about obedience then they will share the importance of why they should be obedient to God and others. We presented our niece with a gift for singing at our program, she has a wonderful singing voice.

Hello family, we had our first F.O.A.M meeting last night, everything went well. We have been planning the meeting for 1 year. We had several guided discussions by the director of FOAM Levar Robinson. We will have our next meeting on the 2nd Tuesday of June at 6:30 in the Goodwill building on 70th Street.
