New Birth BC Shreveport New Birth Baptist Church is dedicated to the worldwide promotion of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. To preach the unaltered Word of God is his mandate.

The New Birth Baptist Church of Shreveport, LA was established May of 1985. It is the first African American church in the Southern Baptist Convention for North Louisiana. We believe that the church is a local Christian community that is established by God and to Him we belong. Here, at New Birth Baptist Church, we move Ministry intentionally and consider this ministry as a refuge for those desir

ing to be forgiven, restored and reaffirmed in love. Our Senior Pastor is Thomas Myles, Jr., a man who knows what his assignment is for this season and flows in his apostolic authority. He is supported by his wife, Quantine Myles.
