Run for God Shreveport "...let us run with endurance the race that is set before us..." There is no commitment or cost associated with this ministry.

Run for God started in Dalton, GA., in January of 2010 by Mitchell and Holly Hollis, as a Bible study that paralleled faith and endurance. It came to the Shreveport/Bossier area in August of 2015 when 5 marathoners/triathletes (Mike Pitman, Josh Adcock, Joe Haynes, Mike Kuhr and Steen Trawick) were called to share their faith with other endurance athletes. Run For God is a partner

with USAFIT and meets at Betty Virginia Park every Saturday morning at 6:00 during the USAFIT training season (August-January) for a devotional and fellowship before we run at 6:30.
