It was a busy day in the North District with worship at Pleasant Valley UMC where Rev Oscar Player and his grandson reminded us through word and song that redemption is ours not because of what we have done but because of what Jesus did.
Then it was off to a church conference at Grace Community UMC. (Sorry no exciting pictures of a church meeting so use your imagination).
Followed by a memorial service for one of my favorite St Luke’s UMC Low Key musicians, Buddy Flett.
