We are an internal church reaching the external world. Our focus is internal in that we feel it is important to teach believers the Word of God and how to live it. Discipleship is foundational to Longspring Christian Church. We not only want to see people saved but also living in victory, freedom, and the abundance that our Lord Jesus Christ died to give. Until change takes place in us, we can’t h

elp anyone else. Through the renewing of our minds by the Word of God and practicing what we learn, we experience change. Once change takes place in us, we can then affect change in others. We are external focused in that we take what we know and go back out and tell others of the Good News of Jesus Christ thereby causing good change to take place in our families, communities, city, state, country, and ultimately the world!

The wisdom of coming together in Church assembly holds timeless value. Perhaps we've lost sight of this Godly wisdom, forgetting that collective efforts can yield positive transformation for those who embrace it. Maybe that's why God commanded us in Hebrews 10:24 to “not forsake the church assembly as some have made a practice of doing”. Instead of denying the potential for change, let's tap into the inner strength that uplifts us, meaning getting back to obeying God’s Word, which is the ultimate wisdom. Education, jobs, and prosperity are vital, but they don't address the deeper needs of our souls. When we prioritize spiritual growth, we open ourselves up to true spiritual freedom and the spiritual empowerment that God Himself provides. Church, Let's rediscover the power of unity and spiritual guidance to create a brighter future for ourselves and our children. Remember, Scripture teaches that Righteousness exalts a nation, but sin is a reproach to a people.
