Reason #2: COMMUNITY IS SPIRITUAL! At we believe that where two or more are gathered in Jesus name, He is there! Our kids need community. We need community. Why not make VBS that community? Everybody needs church buddies!

Reason #1: THE WORD! At we believe that the Bible is the inspired word of God and His revelation to all people of Himself and His plan for salvation!

>> WHY is this important? Our children need to know Him and that He has a great plan! A plan that begins in them and works through His word with them. That plan can only be found getting to know God through His word. Reading the Bible isn’t a chore, is a gift! Our kids can be real 👏🏼 life 👏🏼 world changers!

Ask your kiddos to write their own song or poem to God about something that makes them sad. End with the reminder that we CAN tell God all of our troubles! Sunday at SC KIDS was epic! 🤩 We launched a brand new series and had fun getting creative and ARTRAGEOUS as we study the outrageous life and ministry of Jesus! Where did we land for week 1? The death and resurrection of Lazarus! Why? On top of the miraculous, it’s a great look at how Jesus wept with his people!

💡 Big Idea: Jesus feels compassion for us when we’re sad, so we can cry out to Him!
