What’s Happening:
A 12-week Psalm Bible Study starts this week and is offered to everyone. There is a daytime Study on Mondays, at 10:30 a.m.; and an evening Study on Tuesdays, at 7:00 p.m. (Signing up is not required.)
FCC did not receive any meat from the Food Bank this month and we are seeking donations of items such as:
canned chicken, beef, ham, spam, etc., any meat that is shelf-stable;
hot dogs, bologna and lunch meat. If you bring these items, please put them in the refrigerator in the fellowship hall kitchen and we will get them moved to the food pantry.
As always, all donations are greatly appreciated.
Prayer Requests:
* God’s will first. First Christian Church and its ministry to grow and build. Prayers for our country, our leaders and leaders around the world; for our Military personnel stationed near and far. For those struggling with food insecurities, homelessness, addictions, those who work in this heat and those looking for jobs; families affected by the earthquakes; travelers; school staff and students; The Van; Rolling Fork community.
