You don’t need to be the most qualified—you just need to be willing.

Acts 4:13 shows us that Peter and John weren’t known for their education or status. What stood out was their boldness, and the fact that they had been with Jesus.

Your time with Jesus will shape the way you live, speak, and lead. Stay close to Him, and let your life point people to Him.

Don’t let anger control you.

Ephesians 4:26 reminds us that anger may come, but we don’t have to let it take over. Deal with it quickly, forgive freely, and don’t allow bitterness to take root.

Feel the anger. Surrender it to God. Choose reconciliation.

What makes Jesus the Great High Priest is that His sacrifice was a one time event. Before Jesus, priests would make temporary sacrifices for sin over and over again. The key word is temporary.

When Jesus sacrificed His life, it only took one time because His holiness and power defeated sin and death, therefore making Jesus the Great High Priest who forgives the sin of men.

Now He sits at the right hand of God interceding on your behalf.

In the Christian life, you will face a constant battle between living in your flesh and the Spirit of God.

Living in your flesh will lead to sin 100% of the time. But how you can stop sinning is by living in step with the spirit of God.

By walking in step with the spirit of God, you will not chase the cravings of your sinful nature.

So ask yourself the question are you living by your flesh or by the spirit of God?

The Holy Spirit doesn't force His way into our lives—He invites, leads, convicts, and empowers. Every time we ignore His prompting, silence His conviction, or choose comfort over obedience, we risk extinguishing the fire God wants to burn within us.
Instead, cultivate a heart that listens, obeys, and welcomes His work. The Spirit's guidance always draws us closer to Christ, strengthens our faith, and equips us to live for God's glory.
Today, ask yourself: Am I fueling the fire of the Spirit, or am I putting it out?
