True contentment is not found in our circumstances, but in the sufficiency of Christ.

Whether God brings healing or calls us to endure suffering, we can remain content because Christ is still good, and Christ is still enough.

Our circumstances may change, but His sufficiency never does.

Through Christ, the veil has been removed. By the illuminating work of the Holy Spirit, we are given eyes to understand Scripture and behold the glory of the Lord. To see Christ more clearly, we must look to His Word.

The greatest joy of heaven is Christ Himself. There, sin will be no more, and we will worship Him without the limitations of our fallen nature. For all eternity, we will behold more of His infinite glory and never exhaust the wonder of who He is.

We could not earn it, purchase it, or produce it ourselves. God must change the heart and when He does, all the glory belongs to Him.

Our salvation begins with God, is accomplished by God, and ends in the praise of God.

The outward call of the gospel reaches the ear.
The internal, effectual call reaches the heart.

The Holy Spirit raises the spiritually dead to life, giving a new heart that believes the gospel, hates sin, and loves Christ, who died and rose to save us.

Scripture continually reminds us that nothing is outside the sovereign purpose of God.

At the cross, God sovereignly accomplished the greatest good through the greatest evil: the salvation of His people through the finished work of Christ.
