RULES AND REGULATIONS
Grounds hours of visitation: 8 a.m. to dusk
The cemetery will not be responsible for the theft or vandalism of stones, anything placed on graves, or other memorial sites. FLORAL PLACEMENTS
All floral decorations, whether natural or artificial, shall be subject to the Rules and Regulations concerning same as posted in the Cemetery Office. The Cemetery may remove all floral de
signs (artificial or natural), flowers, weeds, trees, shrubs, or plants of any kind from the Cemetery as soon as, in the judgment of the Cemetery Management, they become unsightly or diseased, or do not conform to approved standards as posted in the Cemetery Office. PROHIBITED
The following are prohibited:
-Fast Driving
-Driving off roads or avenues
-Walking off roads, avenues, paths or walkways, except to the extent necessary to reach a grave from the nearest way.
-Picking flowers or plants
-Breaking or injuring trees or shrubs
-Defacing any walls or monuments
-Motorcycles
-Dogs are not permitted on the grounds of the cemetery or in any building.
-No fi****ms, or fireworks will be permitted within the cemetery except for a military guard or honor and then only when in the charge of an officer and during a military service.
-Hunting or disturbing fish or fowl or other animal life upon the cemetery property is not allowed.
-Automobiles shall not be driven through the cemetery grounds at a speed greater than five (5) miles per hours.
-Only human remains are permitted to be buried within the cemetery grounds. No more than two human remains shall be interred in any one grave, vault, crypt, or niche. OPEN AND CLOSING OF THE PLACEMENT LOCATION
The service of opening and closing the placement location is a service which includes but is not limited to grave setups, cleaning out niches and crypts before placement.
