St. Thomas Aquinas was one of the greatest minds in Church history, and one of the most humble. He came from a noble family, was called the “Dumb Ox” because of his quiet nature, and once literally chased temptation out of his room with a burning log. 🔥

🕯️ He wrote over 8 million words, shaped Catholic theology as we know it, but still ended his life saying, “All that I have written seems like straw compared to what has been revealed to me.”

📖 Faith and reason were never rivals for Thomas — they were partners on the road to God. Today, ask for the grace to love truth with your whole heart and mind.
