Exciting News from Fox River Lutheran Church! 🙌
We’re thrilled to be teaming up with Illinois Valley 4 Jesus for their annual gathering at Centennial Park in Peru, Illinois! Even though we come from different denominations and churches, we are all brothers and sisters in the Lord — united by our love for Jesus and our desire to see Him glorified in our communities.

This is going to be a powerful day of worship, fellowship, and faith in action. Everyone is warmly invited — bring your family and friends!

✨ What to Expect:
• A citywide Jesus March (1 mile — cars available for anyone who needs a ride)
• Live praise & worship and dynamic speakers
• Ministry and business booths
• Free food & drinks
• Family fun with bounce houses, games, and activities for all ages
• Baptisms and powerful ministry time
📅 Event Itinerary:
• 4:00–4:45 PM – Worship & Speaker
• 4:45–5:30 PM – Worship & Speaker
• 5:50–6:30 PM – Worship & Speaker
• 6:30–7:10 PM – Worship & Speaker
• 7:10–7:50 PM – Jesus March
• 7:50–8:30 PM – Baptisms & Prayer

Come hungry. Come expectant. Come ready to lift up the name of Jesus together!

“Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.” (John 15:13)

Today we pray for comfort for the families who still carry the weight of their loss. May the God of all comfort surround them with His peace that surpasses understanding, and may the promise of resurrection in Christ Jesus give them hope.
We also pray for all who currently serve in our armed forces — that the Lord would protect them and bring them home safely.

This evening at 4:00 PM we will hold a special Memorial Day gathering at the church. All are welcome to join us as we remember, reflect, and give thanks.
May God bless America, and may we never forget the price paid for our liberty.
