75 years ago, my dad, Thomas Carl Cypert, Jr., received the baptism of the Holy Ghost at First Pentecostal Second and Buckeye.

Tonight, I sat in same church at First Pentecostal North Little Rock. They announced my name as the Pastor of New Life Fellowship as an honored guest.

As I sat there, I thought how much it would mean to my dad that 75 years later, his son’s name was called out as a Pastor, sitting in the church where he received the baptism of the Holy Ghost on Easter Sunday night 1949.
