🎶 Saturday June 27th, Join Us for an Inspiring Evening of Music and Hope! 🎶

This year marks the 100th anniversary of The Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square’s historic performance at the Hollywood Bowl, and they’re celebrating with a special concert, Songs of Hope, featuring Donny Osmond and benefiting women and children around the world.

Local stakes from Idaho Falls, Ammon, Shelley, and Firth are coming together for a community watch party at the Mountain America Center on Saturday, June 27.

🎬 Broadcast Begins: 6:30 PM
🎟️ Admission is FREE

This event will also support two outstanding local charities:

🤝 People In Need Coalition

Concessions will be available for purchase, with a portion of proceeds benefiting these organizations. Direct donations will also be accepted throughout the evening.

Bring your family, invite your friends and neighbors, and join us for an uplifting night of music, service, and community as we celebrate a century of inspiring performances from The Tabernacle Choir.

When we can’t explain things and can’t control things, remember it is part of the plan.

Keep the faith. Be grateful for agency. Trust that God can bless us with the strength to endure the consequences of others’ choices.

Sometimes the blessing is not that the trial is removed. Sometimes the blessing is that we are given the strength to endure it and learn from it.

As we approach the Easter season, our hearts turn to Jesus Christ, His example, His Atonement, and the hope that comes through His Resurrection. This sacred time invites us to pause and Remember Him, reflecting on the peace, forgiveness, and joy that come from His love.

We are excited for a special opportunity for our youth this weekend.

President Sean R. Dixon, Second Counselor in the Young Men General Presidency, will be visiting our area and speaking at a regional youth devotional for ages 11–18.

All youth ages 11–18 are invited to attend. This will be a great opportunity to hear inspired counsel and gather with youth from across the coordinating council.

Please carpool if possible, as this will be a regional event.

Sunday dress please.

We hope every youth who can attend will make the effort to be there. It should be a meaningful afternoon.

There are also other events the same day for adult leadership and on Sunday for priesthood presidencies.

Day of Service**

The Area Presidency is inviting every ward and individual to participate in a Day of Service anytime between now and **March 13, 2026**.

**Elder Hiilam** and **Brother Sean Dixon**, Second Counselor in the General Young Men’s Presidency, will be visiting the area and holding several meetings with members and youth on **March 13–14**. Because of these meetings, those dates will not work for service projects. We encourage all service activities to be completed **before March 13**.

This effort is being organized in conjunction with the **Idaho Service Challenge — “Make Idaho History”**, with the goal of completing **250,000 acts of service** in celebration of America’s 250th Birthday.

We invite every individual and organization to participate, including:
* Elders Quorum
* Relief Society
* Young Men
* Young Women
* Primary
* Sunday School
