Rewarding Our Kids has been working hard to bring a fun ad unique event to Bedford County for 5 years. True, we have used Christian based music, as to not have a "religious" event, but rather a "uplifting" event.
We feel by doing this, it has somewhat hurt the attendance. Churches have not supported it because it was not promoted as a "churchy" event, and others have not come because the word Christian give them the impression it is a "churchy" event.
This has forced us to back up and reevaluate things. So for 2017 we have chose to forego this this year to regroup and restructure tje ebemt/
In order to keep sponsors onboard.. they have to see growth/ex[psure.
We are thanksful for those who have supportted us! Let's see where 2018 takes us!!

we are wishing everyone a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. We will be looking for volunteers in planning of Rockfest 2017 . as of right now the future is undecided.

As we looking into the events future;;;for 2017 we are looking at some wholesale changes. New music.. new Attitude.. with the same mission... To give even MORE opportunities for our youth to benefit AND take part in this event!!!! Rewarding Our Kids... is expanding!!!! And the Unionville Volunteer Fire Dept.. is trying to keep this rolling!! Stay tuned for some BIG announvements!!! :)

As talks are underway for 2017. we would like to ask.. If we did an Amrtican Idol type competition at area schools, with the winner opening ROcKFEST 2017. what are your thought. Or even Mid Tn's Got Talent?
We simply want tou give area yourh special opprtunities.

Well it's official... ROcKFEST 2017 is a GO!! Mark your calendars!! Saturday, Sept. 23, 2017!! We are making a big swimg is music styles!!! Can't say who just yet, but we can promose... Diversity.... and music you will know!!

Hard toi believe it's been 5 weeks since ROcKFEST 2016. As we look back on things, we are so proud of all who were involved. We has a great crowd!! Seems location shift to thi Bedford County AG Center was a great move! This was the best sounding show yet! WE will put this show up against ANY show that has been held in our county(and that includes the big acts in the Calsonic Areana!!
